1. Introduction

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration and Rules

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts except the original may be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and valid Pakistan contact details. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any bonus funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone, and do not allow others to access your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately. dan999 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player failed to keep their credentials secure.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal, dan999 requires identity verification. You will be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC or another valid government-issued identity document. This is a one-time process. Failure to complete verification will result in withdrawal requests being held until the process is finished. Account verification also helps protect you — it ensures no one else can withdraw from your account.

4. Deposits and Payments

Deposits are generally credited immediately or within a few minutes. If a deposit does not reflect in your account within a reasonable period, contact support with your transaction reference number and the amount sent.

5. Withdrawals

Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must be fully verified (see Section 3.4). Once verified, subsequent withdrawals follow the normal processing timeline:

• Bank Transfer: One to three business days depending on inter-bank clearing.

Withdrawals are subject to any active wagering requirements on bonus funds. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Using bonuses in a way designed to artificially inflate wagering or exploit promotion mechanics is not permitted.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active and wagering requirements have not been met, dan999 may remove the bonus and any associated winnings before processing the payout.
• Bonus amounts and terms may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in progress.

• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• Attempt to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or identity.
• Post abusive, threatening, or inappropriate content in any customer communication channel.
• Exploit any bug or error in the platform for financial gain — such errors must be reported to support immediately.

Violations of acceptable use may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, forfeiture of bonus balances, and permanent closure of the account. dan999 cooperates with relevant authorities where illegal activity is suspected.

9. Responsible Gaming

In cases of account closure due to rule violations, any remaining balance — including real-money funds — may be withheld pending investigation. Where violations are confirmed, balances may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
